We are proud of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind you may exchange your goods or request a full refund at any time within 28 days from receipt of order.
Unwanted goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of any refund due if we believe these conditions have not been met. Any refund due will be processed once goods have been received by Ailera Ltd.
