I accidentally included an old postal address with my order, so I messaged them to tell them and they replied that they’d been able to change the delivery address in time. Such a beautiful Hammam towel. I have a lighter weight one I use that I also bought from Ailera when space is tight. This one is luxurious and still lighter than a towel and looks and feels great too, really soft.

Beautifully wrapped when sent as gifts and a mistake I made when I placed the order was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I have been really happy with every product I have bought from Ailera.

This the fourth fleece blanket I have from Ailera. They are great quality, stylish and super cozy. Everything you need to keep warm if you don't want to put the heating on.

The throw is so super soft and cosy and looks gorgeous draped on my bed. I ordered throws to be delivered to different addresses as gifts for my daughters and I got one of the addresses wrong. Paul in the sales team could not have been more helpful and responsive at helping me sort out and resolve the issue. A BIG thank you team Ailera!
